About the structure of individual memberships and recognitions of organisations like «DOJO» and «CENTER» in the international federation «SEKAI BUJYUTSU RENMEI» (further called «SBR»).The membership regulations are an official document, validated by the commitee of «SBR», for the cultivation of BUJYUTSU (martial arts) in different countries of the world.

1. Yearly membership fee

1. Each member of «SBR» independently pays an annual membership fee of $20 through the official website of «SBR».

2. After the payment every new member of «SBR» receives a unique identification number.

3. Every inactive member of «SBR» has the right to reactivate his/her identification number, as well as his/her participation status in the «DOJO» he/she was previously attached to, via the official website of «SBR». (Form 9) (Form 2)

4. Every member has the right to get free numbers for his family (father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister ), if submitted to the «DOJO» they are attached to. (Form 5)

5. Membership fee is non-refundable.

2. Passport

1. Every member of «SBR», if desired can aquire a Budopass for the cost of $15 from the international department of the «SBR» together with the identification number he/she received as registered for membership on the official website. (Form 10)

2. The cost for the substitution of the budopass is $15.

3. Titles and admissions for holders of the black belt

1. Every member in the possesion of a black belt that is not included in «SBR» , can register his informations at the database of «SBR». (From 4)

2. Every member of «SBR», possessing a black belt, can go through a certificational exam for the title of instructor, to get the admittance to test other members of «SBR». (Form 6) (Form 2)

1^st Dan – assigned title of JYUN SHIDOUIN. An instructor with this title has the right to carry out exams for 6-5Кyu
2^nd Dan – assigned title of SHIDOUIN. An instructor with this title has the right to carry out exams for 4-3 Кyu
3^rd Dan – assigned title of SHIDOUIN. An instructor with this title has the right to carry out exams for 2-1 Кyu
4^th Dan – assigned title of JYOKYU SHIDOUIN. An instructor with this title has the right to carry out exams for 1^st Dan
5^th Dan – assigned title of JYUN SHIHAN. A master with this title has the right to carry out exams for 2^nd Dan
6^th Dan – assigned title of SHIHAN. A master with this title has the right to carry out exams for 3^rd Dan
7^th Dan – assigned title of SHIHAN. A master with this title has the right to carry out exams for 4^th -5^th Dan
8^th Dan – assigned title of JYOKYU SHIHAN. A master with this title has the right to carry out exams for 6^th -7^thDan
9^th Dan – assigned title of JYOKYU SHIHAN. A master with this title has the right to carry out exams for 8^th Dan

3. Every member of «SBR», possessing a black belt , can go through a certificational exam to obtain the title of a referee, to receive the admittance of performing as a judge in competitions of «SBR» (Form 6) (Form 2)

1^st Dan – assigned title of JYUN SHINPAN. A Referee with this title receives the admittance to perform as a lateral judge
2^nd Dan – assigned title of JYUN SHINPAN. A Referee with this title receives the admittance to perform as a lateral judge
3^rd Dan – assigned title of SHINPAN. A Referee with this title receives the admittance to perform as a central referee
4^th Dan – assigned title of SHINPAN. A Referee with this title receives the admittance to perform as a central referee
5^th Dan – assigned title of JYOKYU SHINPAN. A Referee with this title receives the admittance to perform as a chief referee
6^th Dan – assigned title of JYOKYU SHINPAN. A Referee with this title receives the admittance to perform as a chief referee

4. Dojo center

1. Every member of«SBR», possessing a black belt, receive the title of:

Instructor of a «DOJO» - 1, 2 or 3 Dan required
Instructor of a «CENTER» - 5 or 6 Dan required
Leader and member of management of «SBR» - 7,8 or 9 Dan required

2. «DOJO», «CENTER» and to them connected active and verified members of «SBR» can use the name of «SBR», as well as the symbolisms and accessoires connected to «SBR».

3. Certified «DOJO» and «CENTER» are supposed to solve their own juristical questions including the legal practice.

4. «DOJO» - is an administrative unit of «SBR» and consists of at least 10 members of «SBR». The members of «SBR» are supposed to elect a head of the «DOJO», it is also essential to elect two substitutes out of the members. The «DOJO» is named this way «______ DOJO».

5. Head of «DOJO» provides «DOJO» with a specialist, who possesses the instructoral level of «JYUN SHIDOUIN» and over. In case of lack of a specialist with that level the «DOJO» nominates a qualified person who does not possess an instructoral title.

6. In every «DOJO» and «CENTER» it is important to nominate a sectretary, who has the task to prepare documents and postal correspondence by order of the manager of «DOJO».

7. To register a «DOJO» and «CENTER» it is neccesary to provide the following documents:

8. The acceptance of registrations will be based on the provided documents given the commitee of «SBR».

9. After the registration of the «DOJO» is confirmed, the head of the «DOJO» is supposed to pay the yearly fee of the «DOJO» of $70.

10. «DOJO» has the right to hold examinations up till the 1^st kyu inclusive in accordance with the admission of the instructor holding the exam (Form 6) (Form 2). Everything of the examination fee stays in the «DOJO». The examination fee can not go beyond the official costs for every belt (Form 3), but can be less depending on the the exam holder and the head of the «DOJO».

11. «CENTER» - is an administrative unit of «SBR», consisting of 3 and more «DOJO». Members who are part of the «DOJO» are supposed to elect a head of the «CENTER» as well as 3 of his substitutes out of the members of a «DOJO» who are a part of the «CENTER». The head of the «CENTER» is obliged to provide an annual report to the «DOJO» about the work thats been done by the «CENTER» and do the work in the interest of the «DOJO». The «CENTER» has to have a verified naming : «______ CENTER». The protocol of the elections and the naming of «______ CENTER» has to be send to «SBR» to be accepted.

12. The members who are a part of a «DOJO», can vote themselves, with a majority of votes, to be a part of or to leave a «CENTER» that is part of«SBR».

13. «CENTER» holds examinations up till the 3^rd Dan together with specialist for the martial arts stylemaster. 50% of the examination fee goes to the exam holder «SBR» to the bank account «SBR». The second 50% ofthe examination fee goes to the exam holder of the «CENTER» (Form 3).

14. «SBR» holds examinations up till the 9th Dan together with the official specialist of the martial art. 50% of the examination fee goes to the exam holders «SBR» to the bank account of«SBR» (Form 3). The second 50% of the examination fees lay with the exam holder.

15. «DOJO» and «CENTER», have to send to «SBR» the results of a competition as fast as possible. (Form 7) (Form 8) They also have to upload a video of the competition to their page on the official website of «SBR».

5. Discontinuation of membership

1. An Individual member of «DOJO» and «CENTER» looses his/her rights, authorizations and status of attachment to «SBR» ...

If it is his/her own wish
If the membership fee was not paid for
If the commitees of «DOJO» or «SBR» have made that decision

6. Examination and revisions

1. Every examination and verification of a rank will be carried out according to the regulations of «SBR».

2. The revision of the foresaid rules lie exclusively with the commitee of «SBR».

3. The database on the official website of «SBR» is regularily updated depending on the forms received before these dates:

4. The calendar plan of events of the «DOJO» is being organized by the «CENTER».

5. Note: Members of the Federation Council and the International Department are exempt from payment of the membership fee, as well as from payment for their own level achievements.
